"Nick Talarico is the agent you want—and need.

Anyone who's been through the process of buying a home knows how stressful it can be. Nick takes the time to truly listen and understand your wants and needs. Just because a house looks good on paper doesn’t mean it feels right in person—and Nick isn’t afraid to speak up and voice that.

I probably had Nick show me around 50 homes, and even revisit a few, before I found the one. He never rushed the process and always made me feel supported. He worked closely with my lender and handled all the necessary conversations behind the scenes, which made things much smoother on my end.

Nick also helped me understand the entire process—something TikTok definitely doesn’t prepare you for! Once I said yes to the address, the closing process felt easy and far less stressful, all because Nick was there with me every step of the way.

If I ever move again, I’ll absolutely be reaching out to Nick. I truly hope he’s still out there making people’s dreams come true.

Thank you again Nick for everything!"

"In December of 2005, my husband and I moved to Spokane with our 2 little kids from a rural area that closed at 10pm and boasted 1 flashing light at a stop sign. By 2010, we had 3 more kids, a mortgage, and 2 dogs. We were staying forever. Until we weren’t. Life happened and we needed to sell the house and move back to our hometown.
We found a house to buy in the little town, not an easy feat, and made an offer. We put our house on the market, but the first realtor we had was less than hopeful of our chances of selling during that time of year. She wanted us to drop our asking price and rarely replied to requests for feedback or input as to how to improve marketability and increase viewings. When her contract came to an end, I knew that we were going to have to go with a different agent if we were to have any chance of selling our house and buying the home waiting on contingency.

In December 2023, we got a short extension on the contract for the house in our small town. It was right before Christmas when we were referred to Nick and signed on with him. I am so glad that we did!
Knowing that it was going to be difficult to sell during winter break, and that we had a deadline on the other house, Nick wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty helping us get the house ready to go back on the market. Not only did he tell us what to do to make the house more marketable, but he helped with the things that needed to get done from day one all the way to the closing day of the sale! He even brought in someone to help clean! I feel I should take a minute to say that I am disabled and use a mobility device constantly, so certain household tasks are nearly impossible for me. My husband had been working out of town for 6 months and only home on weekends, and the kids have special needs, which might explain my extreme hair loss of late, but I digress.

Apples and oranges, night and day, Realtor X and Nick, sign, list, open house, SOLD! That's right, 3 days with Nick did what 3 months elsewhere hadn't come close to accomplishing. On December 24th, Nick called us to tell us about 2 offers over our asking price. Yes, you read it right, Nick called us on December 24th, at 7pm, to give us 2 offers on the house! Did I think I'd be moving on January 1st? Sure. Yet another reason we needed Nick. Well, he helped us through the whole closing process too, and I can't help thinking that we had The Best realtor working for us. He moved boxes, cleaned and painted what we missed after we left for the break, kept in contact with all the other parties involved in closing, made sure we knew what was going on the whole time, and even stopped by and brought my packages inside that time they came early and we were still out of town- priceless. Did I mention he is patient and listens to rambling like he enjoys it and doesn't mind explaining things over again until you understand because he's a professional? He does, I checked, often.

Will I buy another place here just so I can work with Nick again? Oh someday... a small cabin for li’l vacays, day trips. I will for sure recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in any area he covers."

"Nick is by far the best realtor I have ever met! He was very helpful during the whole process. We were buying and weren't able to be in person and Nick was able to make the experience stress free!"

"Nick Talarico was absolutely perfect, he was patient and understanding and knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer, I was very unsure of the path ahead and what to trust. But he made everything very easy and I felt like he had my best interests in mind. I will 100% recommend him to any friends or family, and I will return for my next move. Thank you!"

"We met Nick on the Realtor version of a blind date that we didn’t even want to go on. That experience was SO POSITIVE, it changed my view of what a realtor can do/be.

Nick helped us relocate to Spokane from 2000 miles away. It was all totally virtual. Having shopped on Zillow for about a year… and made two unsuccessful offers without a realtor, one seller insisted we get help then didn’t accept our offer. But it doesn’t matter because not only did we land a better house in the end, but - more importantly - we landed NICK!!

This guy, y’all! He toured tiny downtown condos, darling bungalows, spooky fixer uppers, a multi tenant building, and more for us in the five months we actively shopped. He drove by to check traffic patterns and noise at varying times of day, co wrote and sent a letter to at least a hundred homeowners in a neighborhood that had stolen my heart, and did background research in public records I couldn’t find on Zillow or anywhere else. He also shared SO MUCH VIDEO!

Nick babysat us through wild hairs and changes of heart. He paired up with my dad and two siblings in varying combos to scope out prospects, often more than once! He also connected us with all manner of other professionals: roofers, inspectors, lenders, yard care, contractors, and more … lists of people with strong recommendations and scads of experience who would work with us long distance.

How? Nick is an unusual combination of extremely hard working without being tightly wound, and an ace professional while also possessing super human quantities of patience and kindness. Nick also is wicked funny.

We are seeing our new home in person for the first time this weekend. We have zero apprehension it won’t be right. It’s been vetted by Nick Talarico who asked all the right questions, “got us,” and then went the extra 500 miles to be sure we landed the right house for us.

I’ve not heard he can run faster than a speeding bullet or reverse the orbit of planet earth but it wouldn’t surprise me a lick to learn he did either of those things to help a client find their new home. ❤️"

"As a first time home buyer it was important for me to work with a realtor that was patient and willing to explain every detail of the process along the way. Nick Talarico made the home buying process less stressful. He was flexible with showing times and made me feel like I was a priority and never like an inconvenience. He helped every step of the way including helping with getting estimates for repairs. With his expertise he was able to negotiate on my behalf and we were able to get an amazing deal on my dream house. I would recommend Nick Talarico to anyone looking to have a positive home buying experience!"
